TDP worked with a key client to fundamentally change the culture of their organisation. This iconic business, following transition into private ownership and the groundbreaking agreement with its trade unions needed a huge shift in workforce appreciation of the need to work together and to adopt new ways of working. TDP designed and delivered a major cultural change programme attended by over 9000 managers and trade union representatives.
The programme was focused on understanding the commercial realities of the new business landscape, developing the skills necessary to increase staff engagement. At its core was the creation of strong cross-boundary relationships and driving productivity. The programme Together for Growth has since become the cornerstone of business success.
