Andy is the Director of TDP Jersey Ltd, with over 25 years experience in leading and delivering major change and transformation programmes, with extensive experience of senior manager, executive assessment and development within the public, private and third sectors.
He began his career in health and social services fulfilling a number of senior management positions leading specialist project teams and managing services. He was invited to join an organisational development consultancy in the late 1980s specialising in work based assessment and learning before co-founding TDP in 1991.
Andy’s interest is in organisational culture and its role in the transformation of business including the impact of senior leadership on developing positive cultures. He works with a range of organisations helping them to embed effective approaches to cultural change and workforce development.
Away from work, Andy enjoys travel and spending time in the outdoors. He spends a lot of his spare time kayaking and cycling in the Scottish Highlands.
