Karen delivers measurable improvements in cultural change, employee engagement, organisational capability and talent management, supporting overall business achievements and delivering a demonstrable return on investment.

Outside of her work, Karen enjoys spending time with her family and can often be found battling the elements, walking her dogs on the Pennine moors.
