Mick has worked with teams and individuals at all levels, from individual contributors to senior management, in a variety of industries over the past 24 years. He currently leads the delivery teams on number of TDP projects.
After spending 12 years in Sales and Sales Management roles in Banking and International Financial Services companies, Mick joined the L & D world in 1991. In that time he has worked with a wide range of public sector bodies and blue-chip organisations across Europe.
Mick’s special area of interest is communication. He believes that improving the way we communicate with others can improve our effectiveness in many areas of our personal and professional lives. He has used this ethos to help organisations and individuals to implement behaviour change in many areas. Using his experiences in sales as a manager, theory and relevant real-life example stories are combined to ensure that new skills and behaviours are linked to the competent ones that participants already possessed.
Mick’s spare time is mostly spent with his family, he is also an avid supporter of Norwich City.
